Lucia is a seasoned finance professional of progressive experience within complex businesses of over USD 1 Billion in revenue size. Lucia has experience in many different industries as a senior finance leader, the most recent being a global freight forwarding and logistics provider, a global FMCG company, and a global transport company for petroleum products. 

As a commercial savvy finance business partner, Lucia engages effectively with the stakeholders across the region in setting strategic focus, rolling out new initiatives and direction for Asia Pacific’s growth. Under her leadership in her previous firm, she supported the business in achieving double digit year on year PBT growth in the region.

Lucia is a forward-thinking and hands-on senior finance leader across Asia Pacific and her strength is in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, strategic planning and people development. She is one who drives business and finance transformation, to strive for operational effectiveness. Lucia has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, especially when she led the implementation of a new ERP System across 14 APAC countries in 3 years
